Solution control

Materials Required:
• 10 ml pipette
• 125 ml glass beaker
• Burette assembly
• 1% Phenolphthalein
• 0.1N Acid

Titrating for Total Concentration:
1. Pipette a 10 ml sample of the bath into a 125 ml glass beaker.
2. Add 3-4 drops of 1% Phenolphthalein.
3. Titrate with 0.1N Acid until a change from pink to colorless.
